Let’s get to know each other!

Hi, I’m Lina, the hands behind Lina’s Lines!

I’m a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for making all kinds of things: bookbinding, embroidery, ceramics, illustration—you name it!

It took me a while to realize that there’s a common thread running through all my hobbies and interests: craftsmanship. It’s about dedication, repetition, and precision, all driven by a desire to create meaningful, heartfelt work.

My journey wasn’t exactly smooth.

In 2020, I found myself without a job, community, or direction. That was because I was in a new country and just a week after arriving in the Netherlands, the world went into lockdown.

I threw myself into crafting as a way to escape—though, in hindsight, I was also escaping from myself. Eventually, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and I realized that what I thought was a lack of self-discipline had a name. Crafting became my way of practicing patience and starting over, time and again—almost like meditation. Slowly, things got better, and so did my skills.

I believe in the value of taking time and mastering skills through practice.

My work is all about craftsmanship and embracing slow, intentional living. I want to inspire others to find joy in authentic, handmade creations—crafted with patience, not rushed for convenience. Now, my main goal is to welcome more people into my world by sharing my projects and creating new ones together. I plan to host workshops for those who enjoy working with their hands and are ready to step away from the race for productivity in favor of a more intentional life.

Let’s create something meaningful together!

If you’re someone who values authenticity and craftsmanship, get in touch! Whether for collaborations or workshops, I’d love to connect.
